Kerry Reilly, Esq.

Need help setting up your estate plan?

Attorney Kerry Reilly works with clients to help demystify the estate planning process. She strives to understand her clients’ objectives before suggesting solutions often working in collaboration with clients’ existing financial advisors and/or accountants.

She wants her clients to be not only satisfied with their documents, but also happy with the process and the service they have received along the way. Ultimately, her goal is to provide her clients with peace of mind that their important affairs are in order.

Since she values the relationship, she expects to stay in touch with her clients by communicating with them regularly so that she can adjust their plans based on changes in their lives, the law and her learning.

Attorney Reilly specializes in working with smaller to mid-sized estates – single people including women in transition, and same sex individuals, couples and families.

Attorney Reilly received her law degree from Suffolk University School of Law. She also received her MBA from Suffolk University – Sawyer School of Management. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Prior to launching K. Reilly Law LLC, she worked at a Metrowest law firm that specialized in estate planning. She has also worked for Fidelity Investments and Citi.

She is a member of The Boston Bar Association where she is Co-Chair for the Trusts & Estates Section – Tax Subcommittee. Additionally she is member of the Women’s Bar Association, where she participates in the Women’s Bar Foundation – Elder Law Project (providing estate planning documents to low income individuals). Lastly she is a former member of The Boston Estate Planning Council where she served on a number of committees.
